Objectives. To evaluate the sperm chromatin dispersion in men with infertility using first Russian kit. Methods. The study was conducted between July and August 2022. Study participants were 492 male volunteers aged 23 to 59 years which semen samples examined by GEMSTANDART–HaloSperm L&Q kit so-called Halo test. outcomes as a percentage DNA Fragmentation Index (DFI), %. results of test evaluated according following threshold values: reference range (normal): DFI 15 %, controversial result: from > % < 25 out (pathological) All (n = 492) had basic examination performed month before current clinical trials various scenario pathospermia well normospermia. statistical processed GraphPad Prism software (version 8.0.1) Excel package Microsoft® Excel® for Microsoft 365 MSO (verse 2201 16.0.14827.20158). A SDF presence found 21.3 (105/492 38.71 0.24; oligospermia 0.23; 39 0.17; noted; 0.22; presented. 24.6 (121/492 41.55 high infertile 44 0.28; presented positive 0.1563; 0.0005); oliasthenoterato-zoospermia 0.19; leucospemia 0.29; necrozoospermia 0.16; 0.0004). Conclusion. showed that complements providing specific information clinicians about quality genetic material samples.
